Yearly Mandatory Documentation/Ethics/Risk

Each renewal period, the TBCE requires the following four mandatory hours each renewal:  3 hours of  Documentation/Ethics, and 1 hour Risk Management These will all need to be done live via our Teleseminars. Human Trafficking 

Health care practitioners who provide direct patient care must complete an approved human trafficking prevention training course in order to renew their license. ChiroCredit.com offers a course to meet this requirement that has been approved by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and meets all required HHSC Human Trafficking Training Standard.  This training must be completed by the first license renewal starting with September 1, 2020.  This requirement is for each renewal period.

New Licensee Information: A licensee who is first licensed within the 12 months immediately preceding the annual renewal date is exempt from the continuing education requirement.   8 hours of Medicare Documentation required within a year of the initial licensing date.
